Wine Country Tour & Run

Hi all you Mini Wine Enthusiasts! Here’s our update! We’re meeting at Doffo Winery, 36083 Summitville St., Temecula at 11:00 am for lunch and and early wine start.

From there we’ll go to a reserved tasting from 12:30-2:00 at Europa Village, 41150 Via Europa.

Then we have a 2:30-4:00 reservation at Bottaia for 10 people (it’s a very popular spot and we could only get a reservation for 10); others can stay and enjoy Europa Village. Bottaia Winery address is 35601 Rancho California Road.

We’ll meet at Marriott Springhill Suites pool area 4:30-5:30 to regroup and tell stories and maybe drink some more I have 2 gifts for best stories💁‍.

At 6:00 we have dinner reservations at Avensole Winery 34567 Rancho California Rd. Also a great place to go for tastings. Tastings are all around $25 per person.

Plans are coming together for a Temecula Wine Tour on Saturday Feb 20, an overnight in Temecula, followed by a wine-country run on Sunday, February 21. Saturday’s activities start around noon at a winery (to be announced), followed by an afternoon of, well… touring & tasting. Dinner in the area, & overnight (optional) at the SpringHill Suites in Temecula.

On Sunday, we’ll meet up in Old Town Temecula at 930 and briskly wind through Pala Mesa, Bonsall, Fallbrook, Murietta, and Ortega Highway, ending in old San Juan Capistrano. We’ll have a late lunch in SJC, followed by exploring on your own. It’s a very cool little downtown area that is sure to please. Join us!
