MotorSportReg (MSR) is our event manager software provider. SCMM uses MSR software to process new and renewing memberships, collect dues or event costs, and to register members for certain club events where we need to know attendance numbers.
For your initial $35 membership you will receive a welcome package containing your SCMM ID card, SCMM sticker, club patch, tag cards, and other MINI related items.
Renewing memberships are $20 annually.
SCMM is a very active club. There is generally something happening almost every weekend.
SCMM members enjoy a variety of events, from casual breakfast meets, track days and canyon runs, to multi-day road trips — the event schedule has something for just about everyone regardless of driving experience or interest.
Click the “Join us!” link at the top of the SCMM homepage. The first step is to create your username and password, then complete your registration through our membership portal on MotorSportReg.
Club officers are elected every two years. The election occurs every other December and voting is done online. Any member can be nominated for a position.
No. Attendance or participation in club events is optional and does not determine membership eligibility.
Yes. Discounts vary from supporting vendors and MINI dealerships.
Yes. While most SCMM members drive the new MINI, we have members that own both the classic and new versions.
An event fee is usually collected to help cover an expense associated with that event, or pay for refreshments, goodie bags, etc.
Hopefully not. On organized club runs, there is a “sweeper” car that brings up the rear to make sure no MINI is left behind.
SCMM has a Facebook group page for SCMM members only. Members can request to be added to the group page. The club’s Social Media Director will approve your request.
That is an unofficial Facebook group for any MINI enthusiast. Membership in SCMM is not required, and this group page is not moderated by SCMM.
Contact the club treasurer by email or any club officer at an event. Prices are patches – $3 each, 2 for $5; grille badges – $36.
